Rock fans and guitar players worldwide are mourning the losses of three impact players over the last 2 weeks-original Yes & Flash guitarist Peter Banks, Ten Years After pioneer Alvin Lee, and Allman Brothers Band/Gregg Allman Band axe-slinger 'Dangerous' Dan Toler. All three made their mark in a big way over the years; Banks as the first guitarist with prog rock legends Yes and later on his own prog outfit Flash, Lee as the speedy lead guitarist for blues rock legends Ten Years After, and Toler who filled the late Duane Allman's shoes alongside Dickie Betts in the '70s version of The Allman Brothers Band as well as Gregg's solo band in the '80s. All of us at Sea of Tranquility send our condolences to the family, friends, and fans of these great guitar legends. They will be missed.
