Trucizn is a raw sounding, darkened collection of spirited thrashing metal. The rawness of this release adds to its attraction, the band behind it go by the name of Witchmaster, who arose in 1996 and have continued to release their musical rage ever since.
Title track "Trucinza" serves as the introduction to Witchmaster's latest, prompt thrash ensues, "Self-Inflicted Divinity" another fast blaster with rapid snare hits and simmering guitars, but there's also some catching slower riffage. The aggressive tones of "Total Annihilation", which also has smashing riffs, is most fitting for this style of musical barrage. The darkness of rampant "Road To Treblinka" has its short lived reprieve with slower fetching music, like that heard on other occasions, and breaking up Trucizna's prompt carnage that Witchmaster inflicts upon their listeners.
Witchmaster have given us a solid selection of blackened thrash metal to enjoy with Trucizna, with enough changes not allowing their music to get lost into a sea of constant speed.
