Being from different albums this release really highlights what a diverse and accomplished player Steve is. So for the fans who don't have these albums, now is your chance to hear Steve's guitar work, with Prime Cuts – Volume Two, or for those who have yet to hear his playing, well this is a great place to start.
Prime Cuts – Volume Two is also worth the price for fans of those joining Steve, which include the talents of vocalist James Labrie, drummer Rod Morgenstein, also keyboard wizard Jordan Rudess (who goes off on "Bar Hopping With Mr Picky" which is taken from his very cool Rhythm Of Time CD), drummer Dave Weckl, and bass player Dave Larue from The Steve Morse Band & The Dixie Dregs.
