In 1987 Mitch Harris from Righteous Pigs and Mick Harris of Napalm Death got together and produced one of the cult classic grindcore discs of the era. This pair gives you an unrelenting hardcore piece of work that does not ease up until the last dizzying riff has blasted your head into oblivion. From the instrumental intro "Megaton" to the brutality of the last song "Granted Wish", Defecation takes you on one long ride through the darkest and as they put it, sickest, albums to date. There is not much more I can say about this disc than you have 13 examples of pure and merciless brutality. The dictionary should have a picture of this album to define hardcore metal. If you are looking to remove a layer of skin, by all means grab this great example of extreme metal. These guys turn up the heat until nothing but scorched earth remains behind!
