Deathchain: Death Eternal

Finish band Deathchain's fourth album Death Eternal is quite the Death Metal thrasher, no time is wasted when you delve into this band's latest. Don't be fooled by the start of track one, its calmness is short-lived before Deathchain's wrath is released upon you.

Death Eternal explodes into action with "Titans Of Black Earth" charging onwards at full pace, "Sworn Beneath" sees no respite from Deathchain's fury. "Awaken Horrors Of This Earth" has its share of head banging moments, "Plaguethrone" is a swift and heavy anger- filled thrasher. The tempo is varied at times throughout on Death Eternal, but the heaviness is not lost, giving the album a good balance. I wouldn't say Deathchcain's music is straight forward with the complexity demonstrated on this album; each member is more than competent.

From heavy pummeling guitar riffs, driving bass coupled with destructive drumming and not to mention the bad ass evil vocals, Death Eternal is an intense metal album.
