Dissenter is yet another Polish band that play brutal death metal, which must be quite popular over there. This is the second release of Dissenter's fourth album Furor Arma Ministrat, which was originaly released in 2005 attached to a Polish metal magazine, now it is back for another blistering run on Metal Mind Productions. The tempo is kept high for the majority of the tracks and the vocals are as you would expect for death metal. Lyrically it's all pretty much the usual death, chaos and destruction. The album sounds good, so no problems with the production on here.
Furor Arma Ministrat kicks off with instrumental "Inferno" with its pulsing feel that something evil is coming, followed by nine brutally intense tracks full of angry riffs and extreme drumming. Album closer "Never Underestimate..." , another guitar only tune gives the effect that whatever it is is now gone. If you like Death Metal and other Polish giants like Vader, Behemoth, and Decapitated, then be sure to look out for Dissenter, who do the genre proud.
