Dub Trio: Cool Out and Coexist

For once, a band that has promised to do something unique and uncompromising and lived up to that. Recorded in NYC over two nights this winter, Cool Out and Coexist takes listeners on a fantastic rough-and-tumble sonic excursion that shreds intestines and expands synapses via tracks such as "Angle Of Acceptance," "Who Wants To Die?" and "Casting Out The Nines." This isn't the kind of stuff that goes down all that well with indie kids––it's smarter, more cohesive and demanding than all of that––so it will more than likely wind up in the province of smart and sophisticated balding, middle aged men out to remember the glory days of Brand X, Fire Merchants and the glory of Andy Summers and Robert Fripp sitting down at the guitar buffet together.
