If you remember Kerry Cripe from the band Somber, this Lansing, Michigan outfit has the good fortune to feature his vocals. Mixing equal parts good-time thrash, sober-sided death metal in the finest Swedish tradition, and even classic rock elements, Summer Dying pumps some healthy blood into the anemic ghetto of mainstream DM. Support these up-and-comers; you definitely won't be sorry.
