When I got this to review it was with a degree of trepidation given that I thought and still think that the advance single "Death Letter" is one of the worst tracks I have heard from Sinner , a band which I have long admired. I described it to Pete Pardo as, “Beyond awful,” and stand by that assessment, however, I have been somewhat won over by the rest of the album especially the opening salvo of "Shine On" and "Fiesta Y Copas" which both display a neat line in poppy metal.
The title track carries on the good work with a singalong chorus which chugs along nicely and other than "Death Letter" the rest of the album is solid if unexceptional. It's definitely not as full on metal as previous Sinner releases and nothing like Mat Sinner's day band Primal Fear but it's a passable way to spend the time even if the plethora of vocalists Sinner, new member and Doro-lite Giorgia Colleluori, the seemingly omniscient Ronnie Romeo and Ricky Warwick on the Lizzy-like "What Went Wrong" give a somewhat project feel to the whole thing rather than a full band scale.
