Torture Rack: Malefic Humiliation

Torture Rack is a relatively new band, but they already have an excellent reputation for their live shows and their music. With this album, the band gives listeners a pretty straightforward series of songs committed to violence, desecration, and despair. It’s hard to take it all seriously because everything is just so over the top. And yet, like other shock-inspired death metal bands, Torture Rack chooses to play it straight by simply offering up one nightmare after another through compositions that are engaging and energetic. Fans of Cannibal Corpse, Witch Vomit, Scorched, Fetid, and others will definitely want to check this one out. I liked “Corpse Revenge� the most.
