Johnny Deathshadow: Blood & Bones

Germany's Johnny Deathshadow exist in order to save us from the Rhiannas and Katy Perrys of the world. This they do by giving us another version of The 69 Eyes. Add to that one of the most lifeless vocal performances I've heard in quite a while and one may even reach for a Rhianna CD (or probably not.) Despite having a very warm production this is pretty unmemorable stuff with the possible exception of "We Are the Night" which is a highly commercial tune and perhaps shows the way forward for the band.
