Trysette: Here On In

Trysette Loosemore, is a singer/songwriter, keyboardist who grew up on the northern rivers of NSW, Australia. Trysette has a voice which reminds me of the singer Feist. It is soft and silky, sexy and full of confidence. Trysette brings a great fusion of folk and pop music to her music.

Most of the tracks on this album involve the ins and outs of relationships and how they develop over time.

"'Cause You're Mine" the opening track is just that; a relationship song full of emotion and Trysette's warm vocals set to a soft beat with excellent harmonies. "The Right Thing" has a catchy reggae beat to it that will draw you in immediately. Perfect. You can even hear Trysette's hard to distinguish Australian accent on this one.

"Fire in Her Belly" is a Trysette anthem. The guitar work helps create the perfect support to the slow, well developed lyrics being delivered with precision, warmth, and yes sincerity.

"Celebrate It" is another powerful ballad with a purpose. The lyrics are strong and a great call to action.

The closer, "Just a Fantasy" is another highlight track for this album. Powerful vocals delivering serious lyrics with great guitar work supporting.

Trysette's voice is enough to keep your attention throughout this album. If you want to hear something different from the pop world, filled with bluesy/folk rhythms, then Trysette may be the change you have been in search of.
