Incite: All Out War

Based out of Arizona, Modern Thrash Metal band, Incite, has a gem of a 2nd release with All Out War (Minus Head Records). From the opening blast off of CD opener, "The Aftermath", it is obvious that these guys are not here to fuck around. Incite's no holds barred attitude gets right to the point with a right cross to the chin. This is a nice slab of Modern Metal, right here.

Produced perfectly by ex-Machine Head member, Logan Mader, the killer guitar tone of Gene Macazan is up in the mix and the rhythm section of Luis Marrufo (bass) and Zak Sofaly (drums) hold down the fort and sound like focused thunder and gruff vocals are provided by Richie Cavalera (Max Cavalera's step son). As a whole, Incite instantly reminded me of a cross between Pantera and Gojira! Uber heavy on groove with equal parts of power and precision and that's a great combo to have. Songs like the powerful and pulsating, "Nothing Remains", the brutal, "Die Alone", or the Dimebag-esque super cool riffing of "Feel The Flames", Incite just lay down the heavy all over All Out War. If you are looking for the album to piss off your neighbors, then this is it!

Incite has delivered a record that is meant to be played loud, just like the other Metal classic in your library! All Out War is a powerful statement of modern day Metal and will completely find a home with any fan that likes their Metal groove heavy, with a ton of riffing and performed well. This is a great record all around. It sounds great, the songs are killer and it will not disappoint. Check out this record!!!
