Ross The Boss is back with his new mob of Metal Warriors, Death Dealer. The impact is immediate with the testicle popping vocals of Sean Peck right from the school of Rob Halford. Its brutal assault is certainly in your face metal at 1000 mph! Flying the flag for Metal, lead track 'Death Dealer' treads a very close path to 'Painkiller' era Judas priest, which is not a bad comparison but can get a little strained as the album progresses. 'Hammer Down' is a rock solid Metal stomper that would be treated like royalty in Europe, whilst 'Liberty Or Death' continues the Heavy Metal stomp-a-thon.
A solid album of Metallic tracks that do their job as described on the tin, as far as I'm concerned these guys would be worshiped as conquering heroes in Europe where the market for this style of Metal is vibrant.
