Monochromie: Enlighten Yourself While You Sleep

Enlighten Yourself While You Sleep is Monochromie's second album and is available through those good people at Fluttery Records who are very much cornering the market in all things ambient/electronica. Wilson Trouve is Monochromie and his world is dreamy and slightly sad and melancholy. I've seen descriptions of this record as being cold but I felt that it was in fact, warm in the sense that especially through headphones the songs envelope the listener and transport him/her into a world of their own choosing. It's all a bit Sigur Ros in places but very much worth a listen especially the tremendous "Silence is Anger".
