The Michael in question making his statement is German born, Prog-loving, lived-in-Africa for a while Michael Vuckovac. In the biography section of the Michael's Statement website he says;
"I hope you enjoy this proggy journey to the center of your mind!"
I am confident that most SoT readers most certainly will despite the Eminem-like figure featured sitting down on the cover. There is so much going on during most tracks that at times it is difficult to get a grip on things but that definitely whets the appetite for repeated listens. I can see why some may find this to be too clever for its own good but if you want to check out somebody pushing the boundaries Beauty of Sadness has much going for it.
