Human Sculpture's 3-track EP Our World / Torn Down is technically very impressive. It's got the riffs, the beats, and the vocal stylings that make up most progressive or technical metal band's sounds. And Human Sculpture uses all of those factors very well. But we've heard it before, we've heard it a lot, and we are no doubt going to hear it a lot more. This is a satisfactory work, in that it ticks the boxes of the genres that make up the band's sound and will satisfy fans that want more of the same. There are moments when Human Sculpture shine here and there, but they're not doing what this EP suggests that they are truly capable of. A band to watch.
