Ani Lo Projekt: Miracle

Ani Lo Project is a Bulgarian band featuring the incredible vocal talents of Ani Lo set to some powerful heavy metal guitar, bass, and drum licks. They have been working in clubs for years in Bulgaria, and now they have, along with the production assistance of famous metal singer Ian Parry from Holland, decided to create their debut album.

Ani Lo handles lead and backing vocals; Kossy D. plays drums, and bass on 'Innocent Minds', and contributes backing vocals on 'Ark Of The Covenant' and 'Give in to Me'; Kalin plays keyboards and contributes backing vocals on 'Ark Of The Covenant' and 'Give in to Me'; Vlado provides guitars; and Straho provides bass on 'Ark Of The Covenant', 'Slip Away', and 'Cannot Fall Asleep'.

This is an excellent debut full of powerful drums, heavy guitars and bass, light as air keys, and of course the topping on the cake, Ani Lo's powerful voice. The opener, 'A Miracle is All We Need', and 'Angels' are very powerful as openers and some of the early highlights of this wonderful debut. The 'Ark Of The Covenant' brings back the epic feeling from the climactic scene from 'Indy Jones' famous film. Ani Lo's vocals are especially unique and reach a peak on songs like 'Cry Over', 'Give in to Me', and 'Innocent Minds', where the opening piano keys truly help accentuate her power. The closing duet with Ian Parry is also a clear highlight.
