Denouard, Gustavo: Echoes of the Cosmos

With all reviews, the reviewer should be upfront, cards on the table. This album may put you to sleep. But is that all bad? I reckon most of us could use a little more time in dream state.

It’s ambient. How does one adequately explain that? If I knew, I would have more to say since I get a lot of ambient albums to reviews for SOT. And, for that, I say, thank you, Pete.

This is good background music while working, while having dinner, and when you just need to get out of your own head for a fair bit. I think all of us require some of the last from time to time.

My recommendation: If you don’t like ambient music, skip it. If you haven’t heard any, give it a try. If you are a fan, listen.
