Pretty much from the first day we started our Best CD of 2013 readers poll. Steven Wilson's The Raven That Refused to Sing (and other stories) jumped out ahead of the pack and never looked back. Despite strong showings for Kingcrow's In Crescendo and Dream Theater's self-titled release, it was the Porcupine Tree mastermind's recent solo album that captured the crown of the Best of 2013. Congrats to Steven Wilson, and thanks to all of our readers for voting!
