Another release, another big win for Magic Pie here on Sea of Tranquility. Showing that they were no fluke with our readers, the Norgwegian prog rockers released their sophomore album Circus of Life this year to positive reviews from both fans and critics alike, and for the second time in 2 years have won Sea of Tranquility's Best CD of the Year Award! This release was a big hit with both the Staff at SoT and our many readers, and the final poll results proved the popularity of this album. A very strong second place finish to Porcupine Tree and their CD Fear of a Blank Planet, as well as lots of votes for releases from Riverside, Dream Theater, Blotted Science, KBB, Threshold, and Symphony X.
Thanks for everyone who voted, and once again, congratulations to Magic Pie on their win!
