Unmothered: Unmothered EP
 Here's a self-titled EP that piles through seven songs in 28 minutes and is limited to 500 vinyl copies so hurry if you are in sludge/doom mode. There's reverb aplenty and yet when the band put their mind to it there's no shortage of swing as on "Gravitons" and at the risk of seeming supercilious, there is definitely some dark energy on "Dark Energy"! Some of the vocal tics are a tad trying at times but the music is so forceful that this hurdle is easily overcome of you like Kylesa or Mastadon's early stuff.
